Reading and Leadership Summer Forum
The Reading and Leadership Summer Forum is a pioneering initiative that merges the power of reading with leadership development. It acknowledges the vital role that reading plays in shaping critical thinking, fostering creativity, and broadening perspectives. At the same time, it addresses the crisis of declining reading habits by empowering young people to take ownership of their intellectual and leadership growth. The program brings together motivated youth, providing them with an interactive space to enhance their knowledge, engage in discussions, and develop social entrepreneurial projects that tackle the challenges of reading culture in Morocco.

Our mission
The primary goal of the Reading and Leadership Summer Forum is to create a generation of leaders who see reading as a tool for transformation. By equipping participants with skills in public speaking, debate, critical thinking, and project management, the program fosters young changemakers capable of designing sustainable solutions for promoting literacy and intellectual engagement. The long-term vision is to build a nationwide movement where reading becomes an essential element of leadership, innovation, and social impact. Through continuous expansion and refinement, the program aspires to empower more youth to drive initiatives that integrate reading into civic engagement, entrepreneurship, and community development, ultimately fostering a more informed and proactive society.
Our vision
The Reading and Leadership Summer Forum is not just a training program—it is a transformative experience that cultivates future leaders with a deep appreciation for knowledge. By combining intellectual exploration with practical leadership training, the program enables participants to develop confidence, express their ideas effectively, and implement creative solutions to societal challenges. Through engaging workshops, mentorship, and interactive learning experiences, the program instills a sense of responsibility and ambition in young people. As it continues to grow, the forum aims to become a national reference for youth-led reading and leadership initiatives, shaping a new generation that values knowledge as the cornerstone of progress and innovation.
