Let's Dream
The Let’s Dream program is a transformative initiative designed to empower youth with the necessary leadership and problem-solving skills to drive positive change in their communities. Initially launched as a traveling caravan, Let’s Dream visited multiple cities across Morocco in its first five editions, bringing training opportunities to young people in different regions. Since then, it has evolved into a regional program focused on Drâa-Tafilalet, providing structured leadership and social entrepreneurship training. The program offers interactive workshops on strategic planning, project development, critical thinking, and teamwork, equipping participants with the tools needed to turn their visions into reality.

Our mission
The primary goal of Let’s Dream is to create a generation of youth leaders who are visionary, proactive, and capable of designing impactful solutions to societal challenges. By nurturing skills such as design thinking, public speaking, project branding, and policy advocacy, the program fosters an entrepreneurial mindset and encourages young people to build sustainable projects that address pressing community issues.
The long-term vision of Let’s Dream is to establish a dynamic youth leadership ecosystem in Drâa-Tafilalet, where young individuals collaborate, innovate, and lead development efforts within their local communities. By maintaining a network of trained youth leaders and expanding the program’s reach, Let’s Dream aspires to influence public policies, strengthen youth participation in decision-making processes, and contribute to the social and economic growth of the region.
Our vision
What started as a mobile training program, reaching youth across various Moroccan cities, has transformed into a strategic regional program in Drâa-Tafilalet. This shift allows for deeper engagement with local youth, providing them with ongoing mentorship, networking opportunities, and real-world application of their skills. With every new edition, Let’s Dream continues to expand its impact, fostering a culture of innovation, leadership, and social responsibility among the youth of Morocco.
