BeIn Life Online
The BeIn Life Online program was launched during the quarantine phase as a response to the sudden halt of in-person educational activities. Developed by Alfariq Association, it took the essence of the original BeIn Life format—focused on practical skill-building—and transformed it into an interactive digital experience. With 20 editions organized entirely online, the program became a lifeline for continuous learning, offering youth a chance to develop essential skills from the safety of their homes while staying connected and inspired.

Diverse Themes to Empower and Upskill
Each edition of BeIn Life Online was centered around a unique topic, ranging from leadership, conflict management, and crisis handling to personal branding, digital tools, and social entrepreneurship. The sessions featured renowned facilitators and experts such as Asmae El Hajji on women's leadership and Yasmine El Bakkari on networking, as well as technical workshops on project management, job search techniques, fundraising, and e-learning strategies. This thematic variety made the program highly appealing and tailored to the evolving needs of youth during uncertain times.
A Lasting Impact on Youth Development and Digital Inclusion
The program’s interactive format—blending live sessions, open discussions, and follow-up reflections—ensured not just the transfer of knowledge, but also deep personal and collective growth among participants. With over 300 young people engaged, BeIn Life Online became a symbol of how digital learning can be both inclusive and empowering, especially when grounded in local realities and led by experienced youth facilitators. Even beyond the pandemic, the success of this initiative has inspired new ways for Alfariq to reach wider audiences and continue its mission of youth empowerment in Morocco.
