Be In Life
BeIn Life is a flexible and inspiring training program initiated by Alfariq Association to support the personal and professional development of young people aged 18 to 26 in the city of Ouarzazate. The concept is simple yet powerful: each edition of the program explores a specific theme—Be In Leadership, Be In Public Speaking, Be In Creativity, and so on—through a focused, high-impact workshop. Designed as an open and inclusive space, BeIn Life provides youth with opportunities to explore new perspectives, build confidence, and acquire practical tools for growth in both civic and career paths.

A Series of Meaningful Encounters
Each session of BeIn Life is facilitated by experienced professionals, artists, or national figures in the field of the chosen theme. The very first edition, titled Be In Leadership, was led by Maha Chafai, President of Enactus Morocco, and focused on building leadership awareness and skills. Later editions touched on key moments in youth journeys, such as preparing end-of-study projects or discovering creative expression. One standout session, Be In Public Speaking, featured actor and poet Qassem Al-Ansari, who coached participants through voice projection, stage presence, and personal storytelling techniques—turning a one-day training into a memorable learning experience.
Empowering Ouarzazate’s Youth Through Practical Learning
BeIn Life is more than just a series of workshops; it is a youth empowerment platform rooted in the needs and realities of young people in Ouarzazate. By addressing relevant topics in a participatory and engaging way, the program helps young participants overcome their fears, explore their talents, and take concrete steps toward personal development and community leadership. With every edition, BeIn Life reaffirms Alfariq’s commitment to building a culture of initiative, creativity, and life-long learning among Moroccan youth.
