Alfariq Platform Program
The Alfariq Platform Program (APP) is an ambitious initiative designed to help Alfariq alumni bring their entrepreneurial and social innovation ideas to life. Structured as an intensive eight-month program, APP provides selected graduates of Alfariq’s youth leadership ecosystem with the tools, mentoring, and training needed to move from concept to execution. This program is grounded in a clear vision: to transform the potential of passionate, purpose-driven youth into concrete, community-oriented initiatives that generate long-term value and social impact.

Entrepreneurial Training and Tailored Support
APP combines practical training workshops, personalized coaching, and peer exchange sessions to guide participants through every step of their project development journey. The first phase of the program covers essential skills like project planning, stakeholder engagement, communication strategies, and design thinking. As the program progresses, participants dive into more advanced topics such as social entrepreneurship models, sustainability frameworks, community participation, and impact evaluation. This dual-track structure allows young changemakers to build both the technical and strategic capacities necessary to implement innovative, context-relevant solutions.
Empowering Local Leaders and Creators
The first edition of APP resulted in the emergence of two promising alumni-led initiatives. Abdellah Kittar launched LaqtaProd, a creative content studio offering photography, video editing, and voiceover services tailored for product and service promotion. Meanwhile, Kaltoum Hammouch introduced Kitab fi Qaria ("A Book in the Village"), a grassroots project aimed at creating small libraries and revitalizing a culture of reading in rural communities. These outcomes reflect the core spirit of APP: to support youth not just in dreaming big, but in realizing bold, community-rooted projects. As the program continues to grow, it stands as a vital pillar in Alfariq’s mission to equip young leaders with the mindset and means to act.
